Benny Parker's Life

Benny Parker  June 22 1954 to June 16 2011

Benny Parker was a long time member of the Lamoine Rambler's Motorcycle club, past competitor, and lifelong motorcycle enthusiast. Benny competed in flat track, enduro, and scrambles regularly until 1983 when he changed his emphasis to raising a family.  In 1997 after many years of supporting his children's racing Benny came out of racing retirement until 1999 to race the Rambler short tracks with his kids and pure enjoyment.  Although his racing had taken a break, riding and involvement with motorcycles was always a big part of his life whether it was working in the shop, taking kids to races, or doing some play riding on the weekend.

Benny was a very talented mechanic and always willing to lend a hand in anyway possible whether turning a wrench or lending some advice.  Anyone that knew him could tell you how hard working he was but always enjoyed time spent with friends and family.  Truly a genuine guy with a big smile and warm laugh that we will never forget.  The Lamoine Rambler's Motorcyle Club invites everyone to come out and enjoy a night of action packed racing and enjoy the afternoon amongst friends.
